We strive to continuously improve all the knowledge, productivity and ability of our employees. Training, certifications, programs and customer visits therefore occur regularly.

We create understanding of the customer's requirements through constant and continuous communication with the channels the customer prefers. The client is kept constantly informed of what is happening with the project and where it is in the process, and the client can provide input at any time. This means that we are checked and ready within the specified time frame.

Scaling a team with 1/3/5 developers can take from 4 to 6 weeks depending on the number of developers to be added to the team. If the client considers it necessary to scale up, we encourage to communicate this on an ongoing basis.

All communication with clients takes place through dedicated communication channels and corporate email, which protects business data with Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Secure Real-time Transport Protocol (SRTP). We also work with other communication tools including: Jira, Teams, Slack, Skype, Zoom, Teamgantt, the communication plan, Status meetings and Trello. Our customers can also make their own requests before the start, and we do our best to be flexible.

Analysis from our experience working with international clients shows that we have never had any problems with time zone differences. We work in European and Asian time zones (90% of our clientele is from Europe), and we work 12 hours a day. However, if a client requests a specific time, we will adjust our team accordingly.

Outsourcing services to subcontractors risks creating financial holes. As a result, we prefer not to work with subcontractors, unless we really need to draw on expertise that is outside of our regular scope.

The client has exclusive ownership of all intellectual property rights after the project, and thus also of the code.

Yes, if necessary. We provide technical documentation that includes the project roadmap, code and methods.
