Limousine car services online ordering system
A large limousine service company based in the USA. This client provides luxury chauffeured transportation on a hire basis. Until Digital Dividend got involved, the client only managed the intake manually through phone calls, emails and social networks. The competitive disadvantage was corrected when our team created sales and management solutions for the web and mobile applications.

Digital Dividend designed and developed web and mobile applications with two distinct phases.
PHASE 1: We provided a web application to manage customer orders. We also created the order management functions in this phase and exposed the capabilities in an admin panel. Ordering takes place in a responsive web application.
PHASE 2: An on-demand model facilitates limousine bookings through mobile applications that work equally well on Android and iOS. The mobile application consists of a customer application and a driver guide. Customers book a luxury car. The driver accepts bookings and both consumer and driver are tracked in Google Maps APIs. The customer then uses the ride for the desired hours, and upon completion charges are deducted from the customer account. Digital Dividend implemented payment gateways (Authorize.net, Paypal and stripe). Implementation of customized reports is available to the customer upon request.
